Ms Rachel Chin had already started working as an Embryologist before obtaining her Master In Clinical Embryology at the National University of Singapore in 2001. She has many years of experience in carrying out procedures related to reproductive technologies and had attended numerous international symposia and conferences. Ms Chin was the Chief Embryologist of the medical team that successfully produced the first frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer pregnancy in Malaysia. She was involved in producing Johor’s first ICSI pregnancy and Johor’s first ICSI twin pregnancies. She has performed hundreds of A.R.T. cycles with more than 40% pregnancy rate.

Dr Tan Jui Seng graduated from the National University of Malaysia in 1990. He subsequently undertook his training in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, General Hospital Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Dr Tan also obtained his post-graduate degree and further training of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), A.R.T. and detailed ultrasound scanning from the United Kingdom in 1996. He was involved in producing Johor’s first ICSI pregnancy and Johor’s first ICSI twin pregnancies.

Dr Kumar graduated from University of Singapore in 1977 and underwent his post-graduate specialist training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Kandng Kerbau Hospital (KKH), Singapore. He then continued his career as Lecturer, Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor in the University Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in the University Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Kandang Kerbau Hospital and the National University Hospital (NUH) from 1984 – 2003. He undertook his PhD studies at Monash University under an Overseas Postgraduate Research Scholarship by the NHMRC, Australia, in 1987.

Dr Kumar has been involved in the field of sub fertility and A.R.T. since 1991 and was the Clinical Coordinator of the Sub fertility Medicine and A.R.T. Programmes, and Head of the Division of Reproductive Medicine at National University Hospital (NUH) from 1997 – 2001. He was also a member of the successful NUH team that produced the world’s first babies born after transfer of zona-softened blastocysts in both stimulated and natura; A.R.T. cycles. He has also been actively involved in the teaching and training of doctors in the clinical management of sub fertility, both locally and regionally.

Mr. Yeo Chee Kiong, a Junior Embryologist, and is also a new joined to Victory A.R.T. Laboratory (M) Sdn Bhd Johor Bahru since December 2007. He is a graduate from Oklahoma State University, USA with the Bachelor degree of Science in Biotechnology with the minor in Microbiology. Working at Victory has given him an opportunity to be a professional in the future.
