Dr Pastorfide graduated from University of Philippines in 1967 and underwent post-graduate education in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Harvard Medical School, Boston and Baltimore, USA. He then received academic appointments as Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor in College of Medicine, University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital since 1974.

From 1998 – 2000, Dr Pastorfide was the Academic Chairman in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, University of Philippines-Philippine General Hospital. During his tenure as Chairman, the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology was the recipient of the UP Medical Foundation (Silver Cup – Most Outstanding Clinical Science Department for the Academic Year 2000). Dr Pastorfide was also the Chairman of Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Cardinal Santos Medical Centre from 1981 – 1986.

For the past 30 years, Dr Pastorfide has published numerous articles related to his pioneering research and significant works in the field of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr Pastorfide also served meritorious services as President and Chairman to various conventions organized by Philippines Obstetrics & Gynecology Society, and as Editor-In-Chief for Philippine Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr Pastorfide is a re-known speaker in national and international post-graduate courses and scientific meetings.

Ms. Lan Nguyen our Chief Embryologist joined us in November 2007 from Vietnam. She received her Bachelor of Science (2002) and Master of Science (2006) in Biology from University of Natural Sciences, National University Ho Chin Min City.

Ms Lan started her career at the Department of Infertility, Tu Du Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the leading women’s and children’s hospital in Vietnem in 2002, and over years rose to become the Chief Embryologist and Head of A.R.T. Laboratory, Department of Infertility, Tu Du Hospital, Vietnam. Published scientific research on “The Result of In-Vitro Maturation of Oozytes Program: Vietnamese Experience” which was presented at 2nd International Symposium on In-Vitro Maturation of Oozyte 2007 in Lyon, France.

Miss Rowena B. Beramende, Junior Embryologist, finished her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City in 2004 after which she joined Victory ART Lab Philippines in September 2005. She is now continuously paving her way into becoming a successful embryologist and is keen in rendering quality service to more couples seeking to start their own families.

Miss Annalyne Grace C. Osingat, Trainee Embryologist, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Saint Louis University, Baguio City in 2004. She joined Victory ART Philippines on March 2007 after working 3 years in a private hospital. She is starting to make her way into the field of assisted reproductive technology.
